摘　　要：国务院办公厅印发的 《2011年公立医院改革试点工作安排》，在“公立医院服务体系建设发展”的要求中，强调提出“加快推进医院信息化建设”的重要任务，这是十分必要的。不论是规范医疗行为、提高医疗质量、控制医疗成本、方便群众就医，Considering the guidelines,working arrangement,target mission and measures & requests on public hospital's trial reform,it focused on discussing of strategies and measures on how to expedite the construction and development of hospital information,centering on overall promotion and smooth execution of public hospital reform being backed up by hospital information.Moreover,it suggests that hospitals shall establish a nationwide standard system for hospital information construction,perfect the information network constantly,propel information system construction which strengthens on electronic medical record and hospital management,launch telemedicine on a large scale,thus to bring hospital information's backing up effect into full play.
