摘 要:某矿3203工作面轨道平巷在原支护条件下巷道围岩变形严重且支护体失效。针对该轨道平巷的生产地质特点,利用数值模拟软件UDEC4.0,分别对3种不同支护方案下支护效果及其塑性区进行研究,分析得出实现其巷道围岩稳定关键在于能否有效控制两帮煤体的变形,进而提出高预应力锚杆(索)结合帮部注浆加固的综合支护方案。现场工业性试验及实测表明,该支护方案有效控制了巷道围岩变形。There are some problems during driving with the original supporting for the rail gateways at 3203 face in a coal mine, such as great deformation and supporting failure. It is found that whether can control effectively the deformation of the roadwayls sides is the key to achieve the stability of rocks around roadway, after considering geological features of the roadway with comparison and analysis on the supporting effect of different support by UDEC 4.0. Then the supporting technology of high pre-stress bolt combined with bolt-grouting reinforcement is put forward. Practice shows that the technology effectively controls the deformation of surrounding rocks in the roadway.
