摘 要:目的:优化蛇柏妇炎栓的提取及制备工艺。方法:采用正交试验设计,分别以盐酸小檗碱、蛇床子素提取量为考察指标,进行综合评分,优选蛇柏妇炎栓的提取工艺;通过栓剂制备过程中基质与药物的混合状态、流动性、外观、硬度、融变时限、溶出度及留样观察等考察结果,确定其制备工艺。结果:最佳提取工艺为6倍量的85%乙醇,提取2次,每次2 h;最佳制备工艺为选择基质PEG6000-PEG600(3∶7),用量与清膏等重。结论:优选工艺科学合理,可作为该制剂中试生产的依据。Objective:To optimize extraction and preparation technology of Shebai Fuyan suppository.Method: Optimize extraction technology of Shebai Fuyan suppository by orthogonal design with extraction quantity of berberine and osthole as indexes to composite score.By examining results of mixed state of matrix and drug,mobility,appearance,hardness,melting time changes,dissolution and remaining sample observation in preparation process of suppository to determine it's preparation technology.Result: Optimum extraction conditions were as follows:extracted 2 times with 6 folds of 85% ethanol for 2 h each time;Optimum preparation technology were select matrix PEG6000,PEG600 with proportion of 3∶7,the same amount of weight with concentrated liquid.Conclusion: This technology wss rational,could be used as basis for trial production of preparation.
