摘　　要：任何一种文化的形成和发展都离不开特定的历史时期和特定的人群,龙江人民在历史的长河中逐渐形成了富有生命力的优秀思想、高尚的品德和坚定的志向,构成了龙江地域文化的精髓。回溯历史演进过程,龙江地域文化是从纯朴自然的生存文化逐渐过渡到创业文化。大庆精神、铁人精神、北大荒精神和突破高寒禁区精神是创业文化的丰厚底蕴和宝贵财富。Formation and development of any kind of cultures cannot leave along specific historical period and people. It is the people living in Heilongjiang who gradually shape their vigorous and brilliant thoughts, noble morality and firm will, forming the spiritual essence of Heilongjiang culture. Looking back to the course of history, we can find such a culture originated from simple and natural culture for survival and changed into pio- neering culture. ＂Daqing Spirit＂, ＂Iron - man Spirit＂, ＂Spirit of the Great Northern Wilderness＂ and ＂Spirit of fighting with high altitude, poor natural conditions and restricted areas＂ are the profound foundation and precious fortune of the pioneering culture.
