摘 要:采用光学显微镜,选取狐狸绒、貉子绒和兔毛等为试样,对这几类纤维中有髓纤维所占比例进行了测量和比较。结果表明,狐狸绒有髓纤维比例均达到了90%以上,兔毛在75%左右,貉子绒在50%~70%之间。狐狸针毛有髓纤维比例最大,接近100%,貉子针毛有髓纤维比例超过了90%,山羊粗毛有髓纤维比例接近90%。通过测量有髓纤维比例来鉴别狐狸绒纤维具有一定的可行性。We selected some fine hairs(such as fox hair,raccoon hair,angora rabbit) as samples,measured and compared the proportion of medullated fiber in these fibers by LM(light microscopy).The results showed that the proportion of medullated fibers in fox hair was over 90%,in rabbit fiber was about 75%,and in raccoon fiber was from 50%~70%.The proportion of medullated fibers in kemp of fox hair was the biggest(the fox fiber has reached 100%),in raccoon was over 90%,in goal was close to 90%.It's feasible to identify fox hair by measure the proportion of medullated fibers.
