摘 要:通过对粉煤灰水泥凝结时间、力学性能、化学结合水的测定,结合XRD、SEM分析,研究了不同掺量的三乙醇胺(TEA)和三异丙醇胺(TIPA)对其水化硬化过程的影响。结果表明:TEA和TIPA对粉煤灰化学活性的发挥有显著的激发作用,适当掺量时均能显著提高其水化程度,浆体结构更加密实。TEA无明显早强作用,但后期增强效果明显,28d抗压强度最大增幅约为8MPa;TIPA具有明显的早期和后期增强效果,但后期增强效果低于TEA。The effects of different addition amounts of the one-component grinding aids such as the triethanolamine (TEA) and the triisopropanolamine (TIPA) on the hydrating and hardening process of fly ash cement were investigated. The setting time, mechanical properties and chemically combined water were tested, and the XRD and SEM had been used. The results indicated that TEA and TIPA had significant benefit to improve the chemical activity of fly ash, and the rate of hydration would be increased with proper addition of TEA or TIPA. Microstructure of the paste with the additive would be denser. TEA slightly affected the early mechanical properties, but significantly improved the late strength (the maximum increase amplitude was 8MPa). Both early strength and late strength would be enhanced with the addition of TIPA, but the late strength increase was lower than that with TEA.
