摘 要:研究了废皮革、废轮胎与煤在管式电炉中燃烧对燃料型NOx排放的影响。结果表明,在900℃富氧条件下,废皮革中的氨基酸氮比烟煤中的六元杂环氮更易于转化为燃料型NOx,而废轮胎生成的燃料型NOx浓度较低。废皮革与烟煤混烧产生的燃料型NOx浓度低于两者各自燃烧所生成的NOx排放浓度总和。废轮胎与烟煤混烧,不仅低于两者各自燃烧所生成的燃料型NOx排放浓度总和,而且还低于烟煤单独燃烧所生成的燃料型NOx排放浓度。另外,水泥生料会促进烟煤、废皮革及废轮胎生成燃料型NOx。The effects of burning waste leather, waste tires and coal on the fuel-NOx emission were studied with a tubular electric furnace. The results indicated that under the condition of 900℃ and oxygen enrichment, the amino-nitrogen in waste leather would be transformed into fuel-NO, more easily than heterocyclic-nitrogen in bituminous coal did, and the waste tires would form less fuel-NOx. The fuel-NOx emission concentration of mixed burning of waste leather and coal would be lower than the total fuel-NOx emission concentration of burning waste leather and coal. The fuel-NOx emission concentration of mixed burning of waste tires and coal would be lower than the total fuel-NOx emission concentration of burning waste tires and coal, and also lower than that of burning coal only. The cement raw meal would promote the transformation of waste leather, waste tires and coal to form fuel-NOx.
