摘　　要：网络舆论监督近年来悄然兴起,其监督层面涉及到社会生活领域的各方面。网络舆论监督在侦查活动中影响日渐增大,成为一支不可小觑的监督力量,对于侦查活动公开化的进程有着巨大的影响,有助于提高侦查活动的程序正当性,防止和减少侦查活动中的失范行为;但由于网络舆论监督具有自发性,其尚缺乏合理有效的规范机制,如不进行合理引导,网络舆论监督的存在也有可能破坏侦查活动的独立性,成为一把双刃剑。As the development and popularization of computer networks, network public opinion has become an important investigative activity in monitoring tools, and an important power of public opinion. However, network public opinion mechanisms are not yet perfect; there are still problems, as a ＂double-edged sword＂ in the investigation activities to promote the development of investigative activities, and also bring some new problems. In this paper, the impact of the activities in the investigation, and the network problems in public opinion are briefly discussed.
