摘 要:采用先破碎分选再煅烧粉磨的方法制备出活性煤矸石细粉,通过X射线衍射分析、扫描电镜、差热-热重分析、压汞仪法研究了掺有活化煤矸石细粉的水泥胶凝体系的水化性能和微观结构,结果表明:煅烧后的煤矸石具有火山灰活性,掺活化煤矸石细粉的硬化水泥浆体结构疏松,孔隙较多,但随着水化的进行,浆体结构变得致密,其主要水化产物为水化硅酸钙凝胶和Ca(OH)2晶体;活化煤矸石的掺人降低了体系Ca(OH)2含量。Activated coal gangue powder was prepared by calcination and grinding after coal gangue crushed , hydration properties of cement with activated coal gangue were studied by means of X-ray diffraction analysis ( XRD), scanning electron microscope( SEM ), Thermo - gravimetric analysis - differential scanning calorimetry ( TG-DSC ), Mercury Intrusion Pressure (MIP). The results shows that activated coal gangue is pozzolanic activity mineral admixture, the hydration products of cement with activated coal gangue are mainly C-S-H and Ca(OH)2, and the content of Ca(OH)2 is lower than that of normal Portland cement, the structure of cement with activated coal gangue paste is loose in early hydration age, it become compacted with the hydration age increasing.
