外墙防水装饰砂浆的配方设计与性能研究

摘　　要：研究了一种外墙防水装饰砂浆，通过石灰-白水泥复合降低砂浆的压折比，改善砂浆的柔韧性，从而降低砂浆开裂趋势；同时，砂浆中掺人防水剂、颜料等添加剂，使砂浆具有优良的防水性能和装饰效果。试验结果表明：熟石灰用量为19％、白水泥用量为9％时，砂浆在柔韧性、防水效果较佳，从而更适用于工程应用。A kind of waterproof mortar walls decorated be researched, through the composite of the lime-white cement mortar , reduce the ratio of the pressure fold, and improve the flexibility of the mortar, thereby reducing mortar cracking trend ; At the same time, mortar adding water-proofing agent and pigments, making mortar has excellent waterproof properties and decorated effect. Test results show that when slaked lime dosage 19% and white cement mortar dosage 9%, mortar has better effect in the flexibility and waterproof, thus more suitable for engineering application.
