摘  要:目前用废弃混凝土生产再生集料时,大都将废弃混凝土当作均质材料进行简单地破碎,只能用于配制低强度等级混凝土。采用预破加研磨方法,根据各粒级分计筛余随研磨时长的变化趋势,多条曲线的拐点即为分离终点。分离出的原状粗集料,符合国标对II类原生粗集料的要求,适用于中等强度等级的混凝土,配制混凝土的强度高于集料来源的原生混凝土强度。这种方法既能使废弃混凝土中的原状集料最大程度地分离出来,又使原状集料在分离过程中破坏最小,保留较高的残余强度。The demolished concretes are still being considered as homogeneous materials and simply crushed to produce recycled aggregates which can only be used for low strength concretes. In mechanical processes of grinding in combination with pre-crushing, the quantities in each size fraction varies with grinding time and variation curves of most fractions have their points of inflection that can be considered as termination of separating. The original state aggregates recycled are up to standard of Grade II original coarse aggregates described in China' s standard Pebble and crushed stone for building ( GB/T 14685 - 2001 ) and can be applied in moderate strength concretes which strength may be higher than that of original concretes from which the original state aggregates derived. In this method, the original state aggregates can be separated furthest from demolished concretes while suffering minimum damage in recycling processes and can retain hizher strenath.
