摘 要:在混凝土中掺入粉煤灰可有效地改善混凝土的流动性、粘聚性、保水性,提高混凝土的抗渗性、耐久性及后期强度,并可减少水泥用量,降低生产成本,具有较好的社会效益。本次参赛采用粉煤灰作为掺合料,萘系高效减水剂作为外加剂,按水灰比0.50,砂率41%,粉煤灰取代率15%,超量系数1.2配制混凝土;配制混凝土拌合物工作型满足设计要求,实测抗压强度与设计目标基本一致,单方造价254元。Addition of proper amount of fly ash can enhance the concrete liquidity, cohesive quality, water retention property; improve impermeability, durability, long - term strength, at the same which is beneficial to the society.
