摘 要:磨细矿渣粉能更好的保证所设计的混凝土达到预期的强度,同时具有提高混凝土耐久性和改善和易性的品质,并可以节约水泥用量,降低生产成本;萘系高效减水剂具有良好的减水增强效果,与水泥适应性好,性能稳定。本设计采用萘系高效减水剂和磨细矿渣粉,采用绝对体积法;同时粗细骨料质量影响混凝土质量,制约配合比设计。根据给定的设计依据和设计材料,在满足强度要求和合理性要求的前提下,充分考虑耐久性和经济性的原则,确定水灰比、砂率、单位用水量、磨细矿渣粉掺量和减水剂用量,设计合乎要求的配合比。Grounded furnace slag can better ensure the concrete reach the designed strength, both improve the durability and the quality of workability of concrete, besides,it can also save cement to reduce the production costs; NSF type super plasticizer has a good water reducing effect with a good cement adaptability as well as stable performance. This design uses NSF type super plasticizer and pulverized blast furnace slag, in the absolute volume method to design. According to the given design materials, we can deter- mine water- cement ratio, sand ratio, unit water dosage, pulverized blast furnace and super plasticizer dosage to meet the strength requirements and reasonable requirements of the premise, also fully considering durability and economic principleso Finally, we can design the mix proportion of concrete
