摘  要:作为一种新型微纤维状增强材料,碳酸钙晶须力学性能出色、耐久性好、生产成本低,已在诸多领域得到应用。用XRD,SEM等方法对其进行了物相分析和表征,作为增强体掺入水泥胶砂,研究了不同碳酸钙晶须掺量对水泥胶砂抗强度、韧性的影响,结果显示增强增韧效果显著,通过SEM测试,对碳酸钙晶须在水泥基复合材料中增强的微观机理进行了观察和初步分析。CaCO3 whisker is a kind of new microfibre material with excellent mechanical properties, good durability and low which was added to cement mortar to investigate the reinforcement. Phase analysis and characterization of CaCO3 whisker were ied by X -ray diffraction (XRD) , scan electron microscope (SEM). Effect of different content of CaCO3 whiskers on the and toughness cost, stud- strength of cement mortar was investigated. The results show that the reinforcing and toughening effects of CaCO3 whiske strong, and the microstructure of the matrix was improved. The structure and morphology of the calcium carbonate whiskers in ened Portland cement were observed by SEM, and the microscopic mechanisms of calcium carbonate whiskers were preliminaril lyzed r were hardy analyzed.
