摘 要:从铁尾矿选建筑用砂的工艺中对石粉的过分限制,既降低了尾矿的利用率,又严重破坏了砂的微细级配。用不同石粉含量的铁尾矿砂配制砂浆,研究了石粉含量对砂浆流动性和强度的影响规律。在最佳水粉比(水与全部粉体材料的比值)时,砂浆的流动度最大,且铁尾矿砂中含有适量石粉可以提高砂浆的强度。应用实验证明,用铁尾矿砂完全可以配制出符合标准要求的建筑砂浆,在配制水泥混合砂浆时可不用矿物掺合料,而以适宜石粉含量来改善砂浆的工作性。既充分发挥了石粉的作用,又提高了铁尾矿的利用率。In production of manufactured fine aggregate (MFA) from magnetite mill tailings, the micro fines (particles less than 75 microns ) were strictly eliminated. This results in lower utilization of the resources and worse micro grading of MFA. The mortar sam- pies were prepared with magnetite mill tailings at various micro fines content to investigate the effects on their fluidity and strength. In optimal water to powder ratio (w/p, all powders included), the fluidity of mortar reached maximum and the strength of mortar could be improved at suitable content of micro fines in MFA. The application proves that magnetite mill tailings can be used as MFA to prepare building mortars up to standard and micro fines can be substituted for mineral admixture to prepare composite mortars for improving workability. So more mill tailings from magnetite can be utilized and micro fines in the tailings can take effect.
