关节及滑膜囊米粒体的影像学表现（附2例报告及文献复习）

摘　　要：目的探讨关节及滑膜囊米粒体的影像学表现，提高对本病的认识。方法回顾性分析2例经手术、病理证实的关节及滑膜囊米粒体的影像学表现，并结合文献讨论。1例行MR检企，1例行X线片、CT及MR检查。结果滑膜米粒体的影像学表现：在T2WI上．米粒体呈等信号：相对骨骼肌，在T2WI及STIR吲像上呈相埘高信号；X线及CT表现无特异性，难以显示米粒体。结论米粒体在磁共振上最示更佳．通过仔细分析．可以与慢性滑膜增生、色素沉着绒毛结节性滑膜炎、滑膜骨软骨瘤病鉴别开来。Objective To study imaging appearances of rice bodies of joint and bursa in order to improve the understanding of this disease. Methods The imaging features of rice bodies of joint and bursa proved by surgery and pathology in two cases were retro- spectively analyzed with review of the literatures. One case underwent MR imaging, another one case underwent X-ray,CT and MR imaging simultaneously. Results The rice bodies of joint and bursa appeared as isointense on T2WI and slightly hyperintense relative to muscle on T2WI and STIR image ,while the X-ray and CT findings of it were not specific, and difficult to demonstrate the rice body. Conclusion The rice bodies are better visualized by MR imaging than X-ray and CT and can be differentiated from chronic synovial proliferation, pigmented villonodular synovitis and synovial osteochondromatosis.
