摘  要:从黄花蒿主产区采集4份种质资源,引种至中国医学科学院药用植物研究所海南分所(兴隆)试验田,于现蕾期采收叶片和花蕾,采用超声波法提取青蒿素,紫外分光光度法测定其含量。结果表明:引进的4份黄花蒿的青蒿素含量为0.61%~1.47%,各种质含量差异显著,其中重庆酉阳黄花蒿的青蒿素含量最高。海南的生态坏境适宜引种栽培黄花蒿,引种栽培后的黄花蒿中青蒿素的含量及产量较原产地有一定程度的提高,其中重庆酉阳种、广西南宁种青蒿素含量较高且稳定,平均含量为1.21%,产量稳定。Collecting four germplasms of Artemisia annua in the main production areas, and they were planted in an experimental plot in Hainan Branch Institute of Medicinal Plant Development. The samples were collected in early September. Artemisinin was extracted by supersonic wave and determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. The results showed that a high Artemisinin concentration in the four germplasms and ranges from 0.61% to 1.47%, and the difference was significant between the various germplasm. The maximum content of germplasm was found in samples from Chongqing Youyang. The ecological environment was suitable to plant Artemisia annua in Hainan province, furthermore, the artemisinin content and the yield have a certain extent advance than origin. And the content of Artemisinin was higher and stable, the average content was 1.21%.
