灵武长枣叶片解剖结构研究

摘　　要：采用石蜡切片法制片,于光学显微镜下观察灵武长枣叶的解剖结构,为枣的系统研究和灵武长枣的开发利用提供解剖依据。结果表明:灵武长枣的叶肉组织由栅栏状细胞组成,属等面叶,表现出旱生结构的特征;灵武长枣叶片的主脉维管束外具有由分泌细胞构成的类似维管束鞘的结构;在主脉的基本组织中分布有较多的乳汁道。In this paper, the anatomical characteristics of leaves of Zizphus jujubamill cv. lingwuchangzao was observed with the paraffin section method under light microscope, the research provided the anatomical basis for the system research of jujube and exploitation of Zizphus jujubamill cv. lingwuchangzao. The observed results indicated that leaves＇ structure pattern of Zizphus jujubamill cv. lingwuchangzao belonged to isobilateral leaf exhibiting xeromorphic characters, which was anatomically characterized by vascular bundle sheath around the main vein in some leaves. Besides, some laticifers occured in the ground tissue of the main vein of Zizphus jujubamill cv. lingwuchartgzao leaves.
