褐鳞环柄菇毒素粗品对二斑叶螨的毒性研究

摘　　要：从5种大型真菌中筛选出对二斑叶螨有毒性的褐鳞环柄菇,并将其液体培养产物离心、破碎、萃取、烘干,制成大型真菌毒素粗品粉末,兑水配制成不同浓度的药液对二斑叶螨进行防治试验。结果表明:随着褐鳞环柄菇毒素粗品浓度的增大,防治效果越来越明显。当褐鳞环柄菇毒素粗品浓度达到100 mg/mL时,二斑叶螨的死亡率为93.3%,效果显著。说明褐鳞环柄菇的毒素粗品对二斑叶螨有比较显著的毒杀作用。In this paper, pairs of Tetranychus urticae Koch toxic strains,Lepiota helveola Bres were screened from 5 kinds of large- scale fungi. Its liquid culture products to be centrifuged,broken, extracted and dried to make large-scale fungi crude toxin powder, put the crude toxin powder into water to prepare different concentrations of liquid on the control test Tetranychus urticae Koch. The results showed that,with the concentration of the Lepiota helveola Bres crude toxin increasing,the effects of preventing were more obvious. When it adds to 100 mg/mL, the mortality was 93.3%. It revealed that the crude toxin of the Lepiota helveola Bres has significant cytotoxicity.
