摘  要:采用培养皿滤纸床法,研究了小花棘豆水浸液对10种植物种子萌发的化感作用。结果表明:小花棘豆地上部分与地下部分的化感作用不完全一致,地上部分的化感作用强于地下部分;对大多数供试种子而言,0.0500 g/mL地上部分水浸液(地下部分0.1000 g/mL)是小花棘豆产生抑制性化感效应的敏感浓度;黄瓜、小麦和高粱对小花棘豆有较好的抗性,小花棘豆水浸液对其种子发芽无影响甚至有促进作用;低浓度的小花棘豆水浸液对萝卜、大白菜和油菜等种子发芽的抑制作用不明显或略有促进作用,但高浓度的水浸液强烈抑制其种子发芽;小花棘豆对沙打旺、紫花苜蓿和饲牧之星3种牧草种子的萌发和生长均有不同程度的抑制作用。Using petri dish with filter paper bed method to research allelopathic effects of Oxytropis glabra DC. on ten plant seeds in germinating period. The results showed that allelopathic effects of overground part of Oxytropis glabra DC. was incompletely the same as underground part of Oxytropis glabra DC., and allelopathic effects of overground part of Oxytropis glabra DC. was stronger than underground part. To most of the seeds, the inhibition was the clearest at 0.0500 g/mL aqueous extraction (underground part was 0.1000 g/mL). Cucumis sativuz L., Triticum aestirum L., Scrghum vulgare Pers had great anti-interference and seeds had little inhibition effect in germinating period, even had some promotion effect; Daucus carota, Brassica pekinesis, Brassica campestris var. aleifer seeds had unobvious inhibition or promotion in germinating period at low concentration of aqueous extraction and had strong inhibition at high concentration of aqueous extraction; Oxytropis glabra DC. had different inhibition to Astragalus Adsurgens pall, Medicago sativa L. (ALFALFA), Simuzhixing when they were in germinating and growing period.
