摘　　要：目的:探讨血小板源性生长因子受体β(platelet-derived growth factor receptor-β,PDGFR-β)在上丘神经元的作用。方法:采用免疫细胞化学法和图像分析技术观察正常成年小鼠和PDGFR-β基因敲除小鼠上丘内Otx2和小白蛋白(parvalbumin,PV)免疫反应阳性神经元的形态、数目、大小及分布。结果:PDGFR-β基因敲除小鼠上丘内Otx2和PV免疫反应阳性神经元的基本形态及分布特征与正常小鼠无明显差别,即Otx2免疫反应阳性神经元密集地分布于上丘的浅层,而PV免疫反应阳性神经元则分布于上丘的各层。但这两种神经元的数目在PDGFR-β基因敲除小鼠却明显减少,其平均直径也较正常小鼠者明显为小。结论:PDGFR-β可能通过Otx2和PV等神经化学物质,参与上丘的功能形成与发育。Objective： To investigete the role of the platelet-derived growth factor receptor-β（PDGFR-β） to the neurons in shuperior colliculus.Methods： The shape,number,size and distribution of Otx2-and parvalbumin（PV）-immunoreactive（IR） neurons in the control and PDGFR-β knockout（KO） mice in SC by using immunocytochemistry and image analysis.Results： Otx2-IR neurons were densely and predominantly located in the superficial layers of the SC,in contrast to Otx2-IR neurons,PV-IR neurons were observed throughout in both the superficial and deep layers of the SC.Although there were no differences in the basic morphology and distribution patterns of these neurons between the wild type（control） and KO mice,the mean diameter and numbers of both the Otx2-and PV-IR neurons were significantly reduced in the KO mouse.Conclusion： PDGFR-β plays a critical role in functional formation and development of the SC through its effects on Otx2 and PV neuronal chemicals contained in these neurons.
