摘  要:在对避雷器进行冲击电流试验时,回路电阻具有非线性变化特性,回路输出波形参数的准确估算比较困难。本文通过分析非线性试品对冲击电流试验回路输出波形的影响,提出一种改进的非线性试品冲击电流试验回路参数的设计方法,主要思想为根据负载的特性、充电电容和试验冲击电流波形参数的要求,在欠阻尼条件下设计回路参数。然后将本文的方法与以往在临界阻尼条件下的设计方法进行对比,本方法的优越性主要体现在它能在主电容既定的条件下给出精确的调波电阻的范围。调试过程中只需要调节调波电阻的大小,简化了调波过程、提高了调波成功率。最后通过实际冲击电流试验验证了本文所提方法的有效性。When impulse current test is implemented for the lightning arrester,the circuit resistance changes in nonlinear characteristics,and its values under high and low current are differentiated greatly,so it is difficult to accurately estimate the output wave parameters.Through analyzing the impact of nonlinear EUT on the test circuit output waveform,an improved design method of test circuit for nonlinear EUT is proposed.The main idea is to design the circuit parameters in under-damping condition according to the EUT characteristics,charging capacitance and the applied impulse current parameters.Then the proposed method is compared with the previous method which is based on the critical damping condition.The advantage of this method compared to the previous is that it can provide an accurate range for the wave-adjusting resistance in fixed main capacitance.In the wave adjusting process,only the wave-adjusting resistance needs to be adjusted,which not only simplifies the wave adjusting process,but also improves the rate of successful wave adjusting.Finally,practical test is implemented to validate the rationality and practicability of the proposed method.
