摘 要:采用阳/非离子乳化体系制备阳离子型含氟丙烯酸酯聚合物乳液。结果显示,阳离子乳化剂1631、非离子乳化剂AEO-9和非离子含氟乳化剂FSA的最佳用量分别为1.75%、1.25%和0.08%,此条件下合成共聚物,转化率93.8%,乳液平均粒径139 nm,胶膜接触角为92.8°。无论是碳氢乳化剂,还是含氟乳化剂,用量增加时,共聚物胶膜表面的接触角降低,并且低含氟量共聚物的接触角降低更为显著。Cationic polyfluoroacrylate was synthesized with cationic/non-ionic emulsions. The result showed that the best quality ratio of cationic emulsions 1631, non-ionic emulsions FSA and AEO-9 was 1. 75%, 1. 25% and 0. 08% respectively. Under this condition, for CFPA_R (20), the conversion rate was 93.8%, the particle size was 139nm and the water contact angle was 92.8°. With increasing dosage of hydrocarbon emulsifier, the water contact angles of copolymer films decreased dramatically. But the decreased extent of low fluoride content CFPA_R (20) was greater than the high fluoride content CFPA_R (50). And it was indicated that the fluorinated emulsifier FSA did the same thing.
