摘  要:目的:使用IBM SPSS Statistics软件设计合成3,5-二氯对氨基苯磺酰胺,优化实验条件。方法:选择原料配比、H_2O_2用量、H_2O_2滴加时间三因素设计正交实验,将实验结果输入IBM SPSS Statistics软件,分析得到正交实验方差表和单因素统计表,并对实验数据进行统计分析,得到实验的优化条件。结果:3,5-二氯对氨基苯磺酰胺制备的最佳条件是:原料配比n(C_6H_6N_2O_2S):n(30%HCI质量分数)=1:17,H_2O_2用量1mol,H_2O_2滴加时间60min。收率达80.8%,熔点为204℃~205.5℃。结论:IBM SPSS Statistics软件具有强大的试验设计和数据统计分析功能,而且使用方便、计算精确、结论可靠,避免了大量人工计算,可以迅速分析出3,5-二氯对氨基苯磺酰胺有机合成工艺中的优化条件,值得在有机合成工艺优化中推广。3,S-dichlorosulfanilamide was designed and synthesized,experimental data was analyzed by IBM SPSS Statistics software.The orthogonal was designed by the effect of molar ratio,the amount of H_2O_2 and the addition time of H_2O_2,test results were inputted to the IBM SPSS Statistics software and analyzed,analysis of variance and statistics of single factor were got,and optimization conditions were determined as follows: n(C_6H_6N_2O_2S):(30%HCl)=1:17,the amount of H_2O_2 was 1.0 mol,the time needed for the addition of H_2O_2 was 60 minutes.The yield of product is 80.8%,melting point is 204℃~205.5℃.IBM SPSS Statistics software has a strong experimental design and data statistical analysis,the conclusion was reliable and at the same time,a great deal of manual calculation was avoided.The optimal conditions of the organic synthesis process
