摘 要:本文采用自蔓延法与固相反应相结合的方法,以Na2CO3、CaCO3、Co(NO3)2.6H2O、CuO、HNO3为原料,去离子水为溶剂,柠檬酸为螯合剂,制备了Na1.7-xCax(Co0.85Cu0.15)2O4(0≤x≤0.20)粉体。对制备的粉末XRD以及烧结试样的SEM进行分析。结果表明随着Ca2+掺杂量的增加,粉末中会生成一些其他的物相,烧结体的晶粒也逐渐变大,但烧结体的结构仍以层状结构为主。在温度373~873K下,对烧结体进行热电性能的测试,烧结体试样的电导率与Seebeck系数均有较大幅度的提高。其中Na1.55Ca0.15(Co0.85Cu0.15)2O4的烧结体在873K时功率因子达到最大值为9.45×10-4 W/mK2。The Na1.7xCax (Co0.85Cu0.15 ) 2 O4 (0≤ x≤0.20) polycrystalline samples had been prepared by a simple self-ignition route combined with a solid-state reaction method, using Na2CO3, CaCOa ,Co(NO3)2 · 6H2O,CuO and HNO3 as the raw material, de-ionized water as dissolvent and citric acid as chelating agent. The synthesized powder was analysed by XRD and the microstructure of the sintered sample by SEM. The test results indicate that there were several other phases generated in the sample and the grain size of powder significantly increase with x increasing. The sinter-body has mestly layer structure. The thermoelectric properties of Na1.7-xCax(Co0.85Cu0.15)2O4 were carefully studied from 373 K to 873 K. The results show that the electrical resistivity and Seebeck coefficients of Na1.7x Cax (Co0.85 Cu0.15)2O4 sample increase highly with x increasing and that the maximum power factor of Na1.55Ca0.15 (Co0. 85Cu0.15)2O4 sample is 9.45 × 10^-4 W/mK^2 at 873 K .
