摘　　要：目的:探讨联合应用腹腔镜和胆道镜行儿童微创保胆取石术治疗胆囊结石的可行性及临床应用价值。方法:回顾分析18例患儿行微创腹腔镜联合胆道镜保胆取石术的临床资料。结果:手术时间30～60 min,平均35 min,术后无出血、胆漏、切口感染等并发症发生。全部病例得到随访6～36个月,无结石复发。结论:腹腔镜联合胆道镜微创保胆取石术是一种安全可行的治疗儿童胆囊结石的方法。Objective：To investigate the feasibility and clinical application value of mini-invasive removing children cholecystolithiasis by gallbladder reservation using laparoscope and choledochoscope in combination.Methods：Clinical data of 18 children cholecystolithiasis patients who were treated by mini-invasive removing children cholecystolithiasis by gallbladder reservation using laparoscope and choledochoscope in combination were retrospectively analyzed.Results：All the patients experienced successful cholecystolithotomy without any perioperative complications,such as hemorrhage,bile leakage or incision infection.The operation time was 35 min（30～60 min）.All patients were followed up 6～36 months,no stone recurrence.Conclusions：The combination of laparoscope with choledochoscope for mini-invasive cholecystolithotomy is a safe and feasible method of children cholecystolithiasis treatment.
