摘 要:以绿豆Berken/ACC41 F10重组近交系群体为作图群体,利用该群体已经构建的包含79个RFLP标记的分子连锁图谱,对北京和广西两个种植环境下的11个绿豆产量相关农艺性状进行QTL定位。结果表明,两个环境下共检测到产量相关性状QTL 63个(北京25个,广西38个),分布于除第13连锁群以外的12条连锁群。大部分QTL只在单一环境下被检测到,说明产量相关QTLs与环境之间存在明显的互作。两个环境均能检测到的QTL仅有6个,分别为控制荚长、百粒重、生育期的QTLs,这些能在不同生态环境发挥效应的QTLs对于绿豆分子标记辅助育种具有重要作用。研究还发现2个QTLs富集区域和若干成束分布的QTLs,它们可能是发掘通用QTL的候选位点。In order to analysis the genetic and environment influence of the yield-associated traits in mungbean,RIL populations(F10)derived from the cross between an economical parent Berken and a wild parent ACC41 were planted in Beijing and Nanjing for their yield-associated agronomic traits evaluation.The results showed that in total of 63 QTLs were investigated in Beijing and Guangxi(25 in Beijing and 38 in Guangxi),which located on twelve linkage groups except the 13th group.Most of the QTLs were detected in single environment,indicating the significant interactions between QTL and environment.Only 6 QTLs controlling pod length,100-seed weight and day to maturity were detected in both Beijing and Guangxi environments.Those QTLs are important for mungbean molecular-marker-assisted-breeding.Two regions on the 5 th and 9 th linkage groups with clustered QTLs relevant to multiple yield-associated agronomic traits and five linkage groups with bundled QTLs relevant to single agronomic trait identified in the study may provide the genetic loci of the universal yield QTL.
