摘　　要：前级组件是雷达发射系统前端,内部电讯结构复杂、加工难度大。组件装配后电讯性能与设计要求存在差距,生产中实行组件装调一体化,能够稳定产品质量和电讯技术指标,满足设计要求。The front component is the front-end of radar＇s launching system,because its structure is complex and difficult to machining,there are difference between electrical performance and design of the front component.By using the assembly and debugging incorporate technology in the process of manufacture,we can stabilize the quality and electrical performance and meet the requirement of design.
