摘　　要：以政府的主动干预为切入点,通过分析不同时期中国城镇化的基本特征,构建政府主导城镇化过程的逻辑主线,并重点讨论了在社会、经济的全新转型环境下城镇化的应有责任和主导城镇化转型的政府职责,认为政府治理模式的创新和超越是实现城镇化转型的关键。In this thesis, the Government＇s active intervention serves as an entry point. The author analyzes the basic characteristics of urbanization in different periods in China and reviews the principles underlying the government-led urbanization processes. The thesis discusses the government＇s responsibilities in urbanization. In sum, the paper argues that innovation and transcendence in governance is the crux of China＇s urban transformation.
