摘　　要：在综合分析现行《国家历史文化街区、名镇(村)评价指标体系(试行)》和相关研究论文的基础上,提出一套由历史文化遗产、村镇概况和居民保护意向三大部分组成的基础数据采集指标体系,充分体现了历史文化村镇自身规律和特点;同时分析了这些指标的历史文化价值和采集方法。Based on State Evaluation System of Historical Streets, Villages and Towns and related papers, the paper presents a primary data indicators system for historical village and town planning. Three components, namely historic heritage, situations of villages and towns and residents＇ need in the conservation planning, are listed in the indicator system. At the same time, the historic value and collection methods of these indicators were discussed.
