粉刺消颗粒治疗痤疮的临床疗效及对血清IL-6,IL-8水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨粉刺消颗粒治疗痤疮的临床疗效及对血清IL-6,IL-8水平的影响。方法将65例患者随机分为2组:试验组33例,口服粉刺消颗粒;对照组32例,口服丹参酮胶囊。2组均同时外用异维A酸红霉素凝胶。8周后观察临床疗效及不良反应。测定治疗前后患者血清IL-6,IL-8水平的变化。结果治疗结束时试验组临床疗效高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后2组血清IL-6,IL-8表达水平均有下降,2组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论粉刺消颗粒治疗寻常性痤疮安全有效,对细胞免疫有调节作用。Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect of Fencixiao granule in treating acne vulgaris and change of IL- 6, IL- 8. Methods Sixty - five patients were randomly divided into two groups： the treatment group （33 cases） were treated with Fencixiao granule and the control group（32 cases） were treated with Dan Shen Tong Jiao Nang. All patients were topically treated with isotretinoin erythromycin gel. Therapeutic effect and adverse reaction were observed at the end of 8 - week treatment. The levels of serum IL - 6, IL - 8 were measured before and after therapy in all patients. Results The clinical curative rate of the treatment group was obviously higher than that of the control group at the end of the treatment. There were significant differences in two groups （P 〈 0.05）. The levels of serum IL - 6 and IL - 8 were obviously decreased after treatment in two groups. There were significant differences compared with those before treatment （P 〈 0. 01）. Conclusion Fencixiao granule in treatment of acne vulgaris is efficient and safe, Fencixiao granule can adjust immune function.
