摘　　要：目的总结体外循环心脏手术围术期并并发心脏电风暴的救治与护理要点。方法回顾性分析、总结心脏外科手术后3例并发心脏电风暴患者的救治与护理经过。结果经多次电除颤并加用胺碘酮、β受体阻滞剂等药物、安装心脏起搏器等综合治疗,2例顺利康复出院,1例救治无效死亡。结论心脏电风暴可发生在术后任意时间,严密监护、准确判断和及时的电除颤是抢救成功的关键。Objective To summarize the highlight of the treatment and nursing of perioper- ative cardiac electrical storm complicated by cardiopulmonary bypass surgery. Methods A retro- spective analysis of the treatment and nursing of cardiac electrical storm （3 cases） complicated by cardiac surgery was done. Results Comprehensive treatment measures including multiple defibril- lation, pacemakers and injection of amiodarone, ^-blockers were applied. Two patients were suc- cessfully discharged and 1 patient died. Conclusion Cardiac electrical storms can occur any time af- ter cardiac surgery. Intensive nursing, accurate judgment and timely defibrillation are key to suc- cessful rescue.
