妊娠高血压疾病与血钠、钙、镁变化的关系

摘　　要：目的 观察妊娠高血压综合征患者及正常孕妇血清中钠、钙、镁离子的浓度,以探讨其与妊娠高血压综合征发病的关系.方法 选取妊娠高血压综合征患者60例,连续两天空腹采集孕妇外周血测定血钠、钙、镁浓度,并与正常妊娠妇女血钠、钙、镁浓度进行比较.结果 妊娠高血压综合征组患者血清钠、钙、镁均明显低于对照组孕妇（t值分别为10.8099、10.6739和8.3625,均P=0.0001）;随着妊娠高血压综合征病情的加重,其血清钠、钙、镁浓度均逐渐降低,轻度子痫前期组镁离子浓度显著低于妊娠期高血压组（t=2.8734,P=0.005）,重度子痫前期组镁离子浓度显著低于妊娠期高血压组（t=4.7514,P=0.0001）和轻度子痫前期组（t=3.1373,P=0.0041）,子痫组镁离子浓度显著低于妊娠期高血压组（t=6.8417,P=0.0001）和轻度子痫前期组（t=3.8558,P=0.0009）,与病情有关.结论 测定孕妇血清钠、钙、镁浓度有助于判断妊娠高血压综合征的病情,并及早进行干预.Objective To explore the clinical value of serum sodium, calcium, magnesium level in patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome. Methods The levels of serum sodium, calcium, magnesium in 60 patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome were determined in continuous two days with fasting plasma and compared with those of 60 normal pregnant women. Results In pregnancy-induced hypertension group, serum sodium, calcium, magnesium levels were significantly lower than those in control group （t was 10.8099, 10. 6739 and 8. 3625 respectively, all P = 0. 0001 ）. With pregnancy-induced hypertension worsened, serum sodium, calcium, magnesium concentrations decreased gradually. The serum magnesium concentration was significantly lower in mild pre-eclampsia group than in gestational hypertension group （t = 2. 8734, P = 0. 005 ）, and in severe pre-eclampsia group it was significantly lower than that in gestational hypertension group （t =4.7514, P =0.0001 ） and in mild pre-eclampsia group （t =3. 1373, P =0.0041 ）. The serum magnesium concentration was significantly lower in eclampsia group than in gestational hypertension group （t = 6.8417, P = 0.0001 ） and mild pre-eclampsia group （ t = 3. 8558, P = O. 0009）. Conclusion The serum levels of sodium, calcium, magnesium may predict the severity of pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome.
