摘　　要：目的:研究肾舒康合剂对马杉氏肾炎(MGN)白兔肾组织形态学的影响。方法:经白兔耳缘静脉注射羊抗兔肾血清以复制白兔MGN模型。实验分为4组,即正常(等容量生理盐水)、模型(等容量生理盐水)、雷公藤多苷(5mg·kg-1)和肾舒康合剂(8.16g·kg-1)组。复制模型后第1天开始ig给药,并于给药4周末杀检动物,取肾组织行光镜、电镜检查并进行半定量分析。结果:肾舒康能减轻肾小球系膜增生和炎性细胞浸润,改善肾小球的病理损伤状况。结论:肾舒康能通过改善肾组织病理改变,达到防治肾小球硬化的作用。OBJECTIVE： To study the effect of Shenshukang（SSK）mixture on histomorphology of rabbits with masugi glomerulone phritis（MGN）. METHODS：MGN model was induced by sheep antirabbits serum on ear vein. Model rabbits were divided into 4 groups, including normal group（equal volume of normal saline）, model group（equal volume of normal saline）, tripterygium glyco- sides group （5 mg.kg-1）and SSK（8.16 g,kg-1） group. Those groups were treated with relevant medicines intragastrically. After 4 weeks, the animals were sacrificed and nephridial tissue was observed with optical microscope and transmission electron microscope, at the same time, the semi-definite quantity analysis was carries out. RESULTS： SSK can relieve the hyperplasy of glomerular mesangium and inflammatory cell infiltrate, amendment pathologic changes of glomcrulus. CONCLUSIONS： Shenshukang can improve histomorphology and prevent glomerulus sclerosis.
