摘 要:目的:建立愈溃生物黏附单向释药贴膜的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱(TLC)法对方中牡丹皮、青黛、冰片进行定性鉴别;用高效液相色谱法测定胡黄连中胡黄连苷Ⅰ和胡黄连苷Ⅱ的含量。结果:TLC斑点清晰、分离度好;胡黄连苷Ⅰ、胡黄连苷Ⅱ的检测浓度分别在0.08~0.40、0.12~0.60μg·mL-1(r均为0.9999)范围内与各自峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系,平均回收率分别为100.24%、99.61%,RSD分别为1.72%、1.76%(n均为9)。结论:所建标准可用于愈溃生物黏附贴膜的质量控制。OBJECTIVE: To establish the quality standard of Yukui biological adhesion one-way release membrane. METHODS: Paeonia suffruticosa, Indigo Naturalis and Bomeolum Syntheticum in Yukui biological adhesion one-way release membrane were identified by TLC; and the contents of picroside Ⅰ and picroside Ⅱ in Picrorhiza scrophulariiflora were determined by HPLC. RESULTS: TLC spots were distinctive and well-separated. The linear ranges of picroside I and picrosid Ⅱ were 0.08~0.40μg. mL-1 (r=-0.999 9) and 0.12~0.60μg.mL-1(r=0.999 9),respectively. Their average recovery rates were 100.24% (RSD=1.72% ,n=9) and 99.61% (RSD=1.76%, n=9). CONCLUSION: Established standard is applicable for the quality control of Yukui biological adhesion membrane.
