摘 要:针对目前三角Bezier曲面数控加工刀轨生成效率与精度较低且难以有效解决刀轨干涉等问题,提出了一种基于三角Bezier曲面的数控加工刀轨快速生成算法,该算法依据三角Bezier曲面模型的型面特征规划刀位驱动点,基于三角Bezier曲面的动态索引获取瞬时加工区域,迭代求解瞬时加工区域中各三角Bezier曲面片对应刀位点,取其中在刀轴方向上投影位置最高的作为当前刀位点,检测相邻刀位点间的极限加工误差并采用二分插值法控制刀轨精度,最终生成满足精度要求的数控加工刀轨。实验证明该算法可快速精确刀轨生成复杂三角Bezier曲面的数控加工刀轨。To improve the efficiency and precision of the numerical control (NC) tool-path generation and to solve the tool-path interference, an algorithm for fast generating of NC tool-paths based on triangular Bezier surfaces is proposed. The algorithm marks out the cutter-location driving points according to the shape of the triangular Brzier surface model. The instantaneous mac area can be acquired rapidly based on the dynamic index of the triangular Bezier surfaces. The corresponding cutter-location point of each triangular Bezier surface in the instantaneous process area is calculated by the iterating computation and then the cutter location point which has the highest position in the axis direction is taken as the current cutter location point. Then the limit error is checked according to the adjacent cutter location points, and the tool-path precision is controlled by the binary interpolation. Ultimately, the required tool path is obtained which can meet the accuracy requirements. The accuracy and efficiency for obtaining the NC tool-path of the intricate triangular Brzier surface have been verified.
