益宫颗粒治疗产后气虚血瘀恶露不绝100例

摘　　要：目的:观察益宫颗粒对产后气虚血瘀致恶露不绝的疗效。方法:采用益宫颗粒,由黄芪、当归、续断、党参、益母草、丹参、败酱草、香附等中药组成。治疗产后气虚血瘀恶露不绝60例,有效率达80%,提示本方具有益气摄血、养血化瘀的功效。结论是治疗气虚血瘀型产后恶露不绝有效的中药方剂,在减少和预防产后出血方面有显著作用。Objective：To observe Yi gong Qi and blood stasis caused by particles of postpartum lochia without a break effect.Methods：Yi Palace particles,from Astragalus,Angelica,Dipsacus,Codonopsis,motherwort,red sage root,Patrina grass,Cyperus rotundus and other components of Chinese medicine.Qi and blood stasis treatment of postpartum lochia without a break of 60 cases,the effective rate of 80%,suggesting that the side with Qi intake of blood,blood circulation effect.Concluded that treatment of postpartum lochia deficiency blood stasis of Chinese medicine prescription is not absolutely effective in reducing and preventing postpartum hemorrhage has a distinct role.
