摘　　要：以人为本是实现科学发展观的核心内容。在构建和谐社会的过程中,以人为本是前提、是价值目标,也是必然选择;以人为本对和谐社会的构建产生了决定性的影响,它不仅与构建和谐社会具有统一性,也是构建和谐社会的根本出发点。本文的研究工作对于探讨以人为本对和谐社会之间的关系具有一定的指导价值。Put People First conceptis the core content of scientific development. Building a harmonious society in the process, Put People First is a prerequisite, and is the value of the goal, but also the inevitable choice; the con- cept has a decisive influence on the harmonious society, not only with building a harmonious society unity, but is the basic starting point of building a harmonious society as well. This research work is to explore the relationship between the Put People First concept and a harmonious society construction and it has a guiding value.
