摘　　要：推进反腐倡廉建设科学化的关键之所在,就是要在反腐倡廉建设的始终坚持贯彻落实以人为本的先进思想观念和科学思维方式,并把以人为本作为衡量反腐倡廉建设成效的根本标准,在各项改革和实践工作中扎实推进反腐倡廉建设科学化发展。The key to boost the scientific construction of combatting corruption and upholding integrity is to insist on applying thoroughly the advanced concept and scientific mode of thinking,namely people-oriented concept as well as combatting corruption and upholding integrity and regarding people-oriented concept as the fundamental criteria to judge the outcome of combatting corruption and upholding integrity.What＇s more,it is necessary to boost strongly the scientific development of combatting corruption and upholding integrity in every reform and practice.
