摘  要:从含油废水中筛选出一株以柴油为唯一碳源的除油菌,实验分析了温度、pH、氮源浓度对其降解率的影响。结果表明该除油菌的最佳生长条件为:温度30℃、pH7.0、氮源浓度1.5g/L,在此条件下,振荡培养7天,除油菌的降解率为56%。Petroleum degradable bacteria strain was screened from oil-containing water by employing diesel as the sole carbon source. Three petroleum eliminating factors including temperature, pH value and the concentration of N source were experimented. The optimal culture condition was that the temperature was 30℃, pH value was 7.0, and the concentration of N source was 1.5 g/L. Under this condition, the degradation ratio reached 56% after 7-day degradation.
