摘　　要：基于ASP.NET(C#)Web应用程序开发平台和ADO.NET技术开发的重庆空气质量日报网站发布系统,实现了空气质量日报网站发布的动态管理,"十一五"期间的运行实践证明该系统稳定高效,文章对空气质量日报业务流程及其网站发布系统的开发原理、系统的功能特点、设计方案和安全性措施进行了介绍,实践表明,数据库结构设计在系统开发过程中至关重要。Based on ASP. NET （C # ） and ADO. NET technology, Chongqing Air Quality Daily Report website publishing has achieved a dynamic website management, the past five years running of the system proved stable and efficient, the article on air quality daily report processes and web publishing system development principle, the system features, design and safety measures were introduced, practice shows that the structural design of the database in the system development process is essential.
