摘 要:为了获得耐磨性能高的颗粒强化粉末冶金钢,研究了干摩擦状态下高钼合金钢中耐磨性能的影响因素。采用X射线、光学显微镜、扫描电镜、能谱分析和摩擦磨损试验分析结果表明:材料组织中存在M2C和M6 C两种类型碳化物。干摩擦试验过程中,不同的碳化物表现出了明显不同的耐磨性能:摩擦时间较短时,M2 C碳化物和M6 C碳化物都能提高材料的耐磨性能;随着摩擦时间的延长,M6 C碳化物仍有利于提高材料的耐磨性能,M2C碳化物则易于从基体中脱落,从而在摩擦表面留下许多大孔隙,降低材料的耐磨性能。为获得耐磨性能好的高钼合金颗粒强化粉末冶金钢,应增加材料中M6C碳化物含量,降低M2C碳化物含量。Particulate reinforced steels with high wearresisting property were prepared by powder metallurgy processing technique.The influence factors in wear-resisting property of the materials under dry friction condition were studied by optical microscopy,scanning electron microscopy,energy dispersive spectroscopy and wear test.The results show that,M2C carbides and M6C carbides exist in the materials.These two kinds of carbides play different roles in the wear-resisting property of the materials.After a short time dry friction,M2C carbides and M6C carbides both increase the wearresisting property of the materials.With the wear test time prolonged,M6C carbides are still useful to the wear-resisting property of the materials.However,M2C carbides easy to separate from the matrix then leave some big pores in the wear surface and decrease the wear-resisting property of the materials obviously.In order to increase the wear-resisting property of the materials,the content of M6C carbides should be increased and the content of M2C carbides should be decreased.
