摘　　要：张一兵教授与王金福教授围绕"思想构境论"展开的争论从微观方面看是围绕文本解释的方法进行的哲学争论,而从宏观上看",思想构境论"折射出马克思主义研究中的后马克思主义精神症候。分析思想构境论的后马克思主义哲学渊源,可以看出思想构境论中混合着存在论的、拉康主义的和马克思主义的等复杂的哲学成分。从本质上看,它放弃了文本解释中主观—客观辩证法的客观维度,而抽象地发展了在文本解读辩证关系中的主体的维度,是一种形而上学的抽象方法。但是,思想构境论也是重申历史唯物主义的"唯物主义"维度的理论契机,学界亟待破除对于西方马克思主义研究成果的过度依赖,要积极地从历史唯物主义的"唯物主义"维度来把握如何发展马克思主义。The debate on intellectual situating theory between Zhang Yibing and Wang Jinfu is on one hand about the method of interpretation of texts,on the other hand it reflects the intellectual syndromes of post-Marxism in Chinese Marxism studies.The analysis of the post-Marxist origin of intellectual situating theory shows that it is composed of Existentialism,Lacanism and Marxism and so on.Essentially speaking,it abandons the objectivity in the dialectic relations of subjectivity-objectivity,and develops abstractly the subjectivity which means that it is by nature a metaphysical method.Intellectual situation theory,however,is also a chance to reclaim the ＂materialism＂ in historical materialism.The academicians should not depend excessively on Western Marxism,and should find out how to develop Marxism based on the ＂materialism＂ in historical materialism.
