摘 要:目的观察针刺为主治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法将112例椎动脉型颈椎病患者随机分治疗组和对照组,每组56例。治疗组采用针刺配合康复治疗,对照组采用单纯针刺治疗,比较两组疗效。结果治疗组治愈率和总有效率分别为57.2%和96.4%,对照组分别为37.5%和83.9%,两组比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刺是一种治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的有效方法。Objective To observe the effect of acupuncture-predominant treatment for cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type. Methods A hundred and twelve patients with cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type were randomized into a treatment group and a control group, 56 in each. The treatment group received acupuncture plus rehabilitation training, and the control group was treated with acupuncture only. The therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups afterwards. Result The recovery rate and total effective rate were respectively 57.2% and 96.4% in the treatment group, and 37.5% and 83.9% in the control group. The differences between the two groups were significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion Acupuncture is an effective method for treating cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type.
