施氏手法按压耳穴配合中药治疗急性腰扭伤疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察施氏手法按压耳穴配合中药治疗急性腰扭伤的临床疗效。方法将60例急性腰扭伤患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。治疗组采用耳穴配合中药治疗,对照组采用单纯中药治疗。对比两组近期和远期疗效。结果两组患者近期疗效比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者远期疗效比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论耳穴配合中药是一种治疗急性腰扭伤的有效方法。Objective To observe the clinical effect of SHI＇s manipulation fbr pressing auricular points plus Chinese medication for treating acute lumbar sprain. Methods Sixty patients with acute lumbar sprain were randomized into a treatment group and a control group, 30 in each. The treatment group was managed by auricular point and Chinese medication, while the control was treated with Chinese medication only. The two groups were compared with each other in terms of short-term and long-term therapeutic effect. Results The comparison of short-term therapeutic effect showed significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. The difference of long-term therapeutic effect between the two groups was insignificant （P〉0.05）. Conclusion The combination of auricular point and Chinese medication is an effective approach in treating acute lumbar sprain.
