摘　　要：目的观察针刺弹拨法治疗梨状肌综合征的临床疗效。方法将78例梨状肌综合征患者随机分为治疗组40例和对照组38例。治疗组采用针刺弹拨法治疗,对照组采用药物治疗,比较两组疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为100.0%,对照组为78.9%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刺弹拨法是一种治疗梨状肌综合征的有效方法。Objective To observe the clinical effect of using acupuncture plus plucking manipulation for treating piriformis syndrome. Methods Seventy-eight patients with piriformis syndrome were randomized into a treatment group （40 cases） and a control group （38 cases）. The treatment group was managed by acupuncture plus plucking manipulation, and the control group was treated by medication. The therapeutic effects in the two groups were compared with each other. Result The total effective rate was 100% in the treatment group versus 78.9% in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The combination of acupuncture and plucking manipulation is an effective approach for treating piriformis syndrome.
