针药并用治疗原发性开角型青光眼疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察针药并用治疗原发性开角型青光眼的临床效果。方法将19例(38眼)原发性开角型青光眼患者随机分为治疗组10例和对照组9例,治疗组采用针刺配合西医滴眼液的方法治疗,对照组采用单纯滴眼液治疗,治疗前后分别检测2组眼压,并进行对比分析。结果两组患者治疗后1个月、3个月眼压与同组治疗前比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗1个月后和治疗3个月后眼压与对照组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针药并用是一种治疗原发性开角型青光眼的有效方法。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of combined acupuncture and medicine in treating primary open-angle glaucoma. Methods Nineteen patients （38 eyes） with primary open-angle glaucoma were randomly allocated to a treatment group of 10 cases and a control group of 9 cases. The treatment group received acupuncture plus eye drops and the control group, eye drops alone. Intraocular tension was measured in the two groups before and after treatment. The results were compared and analyzed. Results There was a statistically significant difference in intraocular tension between before treatment and at one month after, and at three months after in the two groups （P〈0.05）. There was a statistically significant difference in intraocular tension between the two groups at one month and at three months after treatment （P〈0.05）. Conclusion A combination of acupuncture and medicine is an effective way to treat primary open-angle glaucoma.
