摘 要:鉴于电解金属锰生产中阴极板清洗工序存在的缺陷,以实现电解金属锰板清洗机械化为目的,研发了一种新型的电解金属锰极板清洗机。该设备主要由焊接机架、刷辊机构、输送机构和清洗及废水回收装置、电气控制与传感装置构成。该装置可以根据锰极板不同厚度,调整刷辊间距大小,确保清洗质量。清洗机采用自动进料、喷淋、刷洗、出料的操作工序,同时对清洗废液进行收集。详细介绍了各部分工作原理和操作要点,该清洗机的使用提高了清洗质量,生产效率大幅度提高,降低了工人劳动强度,改善了工作环境。In view of the present defects in pole plate washing process of electrolytic manganese production, a new-style electrolytic manganese washer is developed in order to realize the Mechanization of pole plate wash- ing. The main parts of the device covers welded frames, brush roll, conveying mechanism, washing & waste water reclamation unit and electric control & sensing unit. It can adjust position of brush roll in the washer according to the different thickness of pole plates to ensure the washing quality. On the basis of procedures of automatic charge-stock, including spraying, brushing, discharging and waste water reclamation, the working principles and operation points are introduced in detail. The application of this device improves the production efficiency and cleaning effects, decrease the labor intensity, and the working environment.
