北京山区沟域经济建设背景下的古村落保护与开发研究

摘　　要：近年来,北京山区沟域经济蓬勃发展,这对山区古村落保护和开发提出了新的课题。沟域经济建设和古村落保护与开发存在原生态保护的一致性、特色文化传承的相关性、旅游价值开发的紧密性、社会建设与文化传承的互补性等内在关系。从古村落结构、古村落文脉、古村落活力等三方面构建指标体系,运用专家评分法,得知当前北京山区古村落价值高,具有保护与开发的价值。针对北京山区古村落的特征及保护与开发中存在的问题,在明确保护与开发重点的基础上,提出要从完善规划编制、建立古村落资源数据库、培育沟域经济发展的古村落产业、对古村落个体实施整体建设、实施科学定位和错位发展等方面着手,对北京山区古村落进行保护与开发,促进沟域经济建设。In recent years,valley economy is developing very well in the mountainous areas of Beijing,which also raises new issues on protecting and developing ancient villages in mountainous.There are internal relations between valley economy construction and ancient village protection and development,such as consistency of the original ecological protection,relevance of cultural heritage features,close of tourism value development, complementary of social construction and cultural heritage,and so on.This paper constructed the index system from ancient village structure,ancient village context,and ancient village vitality,used the way of expert score, and found that,the value of ancient villages in the mountainous areas of Beijing is great,and also possess protection and development values.Aim to the problems that existed in protecting and developing ancient villages,base on features of ancient villages in mountainous areas of Beijing,after knowing the points of protecting and developing,we proposed some measures for protecting ancient villages,developing ancient villages,and constructing of valley economy.（1） Perfecting the system of plan,coordinating the relationship between valley economy plan and ancient village plan;（2） Following the geographical features of valley,scientific orientating ancient villages,and achieving the way of dislocation development;（3） Constructing ancient village resource data repository network program,setting up cultural information network of valley economy;（4） Integrating resources effective,and cultivating ancient village industry group;（5）Optimizing the nodes of valley economy construction,implementing measures of overall construction to individual ancient village.
