摘　　要：主题公园研究已成为旅游研究的重要热点内容之一。深圳华侨城主题公园发展的巨大成功主要得益于其独特的发展模式,主要包括"旅游+地产"模式"、旅游城"模式、"连锁"模式和"文化+科技+生态"模式。新时期华侨城主题公园创新发展的路径主要包括推进国际化、拓展产业链、加强节能环保及建设智慧景区等。Theme park research has become hot content in tourism research.The success development of Shenzhen OCT theme is mainly thanks to the unique development model.It include ＂tourism ＋ estate＂,＂country tourism＂,＂chain＂ and ＂cultural ＋ technology ＋ ecological＂.In the new period,the innovation and development of Oct theme park is main including advance internationalized,expanding industrial chain,strengthen energy conservation,environmental protection and construction wisdom scenic spot,etc.
